Service from Pete was excellent. Explained with assurance when we asked questions, was friendly and very professional. Whole process from looking to buying was made easy to understand and complete. Drinks offered.

Very helpful sales assistant. Large choice of beds and mattresses. No pressure selling. Able to book assembly of bed. Long delivery slot as required. Fresh drinks when placing order!

I went in with specific needs (bad lower back) the assistant (SAF) quickly showed me several mattresses that would be suitable to my needs and offered alternatives in a comparison to help me make up my mind. He then offered a competatative deal on the mattress and frame.

Abdi was very kind and helpful, he made us feel very welcome and provided us with a great knowledge of the bed we was looking at. He made our experience an enjoyable one.

Pete and Tony were excellent with me and my wife in the sale of the bed etc drink also time to think on buying the bed not pressured we were made very welcome excellent service from your to employees the store is set up to a very high standard for what we were buying very clean store you have got two good guys in the store working for dreams will recommend to everyone for beds etc Pete Tony excellent 100% thank you

Eve who dealt with us was amazing!! she was so friendly and helped us out with everything, true credit to the company and highly recommended at the Middlebrook store.

The assistant who initially served me gave me a very detailed explanation of beds and how they are made etc with particular reference to my physical problems. She was very helpful. Sadly she was off duty the day I returned to order the bed. I am not sure of her name. It could be Karen. She has dark brown hair in a bob and colourful glasses.

Assistant listened to our needs and presented us with available options. We were allowed to try the beds and were not pressured to make a quick decision. We were even given a cup of coffee.

Staff were very helpful and offered good advice on which products to go for.

We found the Sale Assistant extremely useful and patient. He and his colleagues were good listener. My husband liked the coffee.
