Dreams - Middlebrook

We made 2 visits to the Dreams store. On our first visit we were welcomed by Karen. Karen was very helpful and friendly. She was keen to find the right bed for us and nothing was too much trouble for her. We didn't have time to purchase on the day but we knew we would be returning soon. Today we revisited the store and were welcomed by Eve. Eve was also very friendly and knowledgeable. We purchased a lovely ottoman bed which is being delivered in a couple of weeks. I will definitely recommend this store as the staff are lovey.

Wasn't hassled by the staff, they allowed us to browse at our leisure without 'sitting on our shoulders'but were available when we needed to talk to them

Tracie was helpful. I was able to find a good quality bed for my daughter and a decent mattress.

The assistant was very helpful, I was unsure what to buy and he talked me through all the options available and what would best suit me

I was dealt with by Karen who was very helpful and took time to help me choose the right beds.

Sheraz really helped and looked after us

We were served by Tracie who was extremely knowledgeable about the dreams products. There was no pressure at all, Tracie was very attentive, she was aware that we would be looking at other shops also & didn't make us feel bad. We came back to purchase at dreams because of the service we received from Tracie.

First time buyer of a mattress Tony was brilliant even down to the pillows great service

The shop assistant wasn't at all 'pushy'. He was knowledgeable but allowed us time to come to our own decision. He was pleasant and courteous throughout.

Friendly and courteous service. A systematic method for trying different types of mattress. Pros / cons of different mattress types clearly explained and demonstrated. Left alone to consider options. Store well laid out.
