Shafaz was very friendly and knowledge full,but was very genuine in that he offered us the mattress he thought was right for us as we are in our eighties whereas he could have referred us to a more expensive one.We tried the mattress and received a good cup of coffee,we could not have been better served.

The staff were very helpful and friendly with a good range of knowledge. Good variety of mattresses.

Because the sales person, Shiraz, was attentive without being pushy.

Pete was brilliant. Showed all the options available told us to try them all no pressure to buy or buy the most expensive. Very helpful kind in giving us time ( and coffee)

Karen was lovely, she listened to what we wanted and showed us a few beds that would be right for us. She was brilliant.

The member of staff, Pete, was very professional and helpful, nothing was to much and he had a very good knowledge of the different products. He was friendly and made you feel comfortable and not awkward. He was not pushing for us to go over our maximum budget just respectful of it.

We had been in previously and due to family bereavement could not place order .i thought that the member of staff both times in the store were very helpful ,the second time I thought that the assistant was courteous in asking which colleagues had attended to us previously ,in order to let them have the sale . Kind courteous and knowledgable
