Sam the colleague who helped us buy our mattress was really helpfull in helping us find the right mattress.

The lady who dealt with us was very professional knowledgeable and friendly did an excellent job

The staff were very friendly and explained everything to us, we even tried the beds we were looking for.

The store is well laid out and all products are easily identified. Nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff to help us with Our sales man Sheraz was extremely polite and knowledgable as was Pete.

The assistant called Eve at the Middlebrook store was very pleasant and knowledgeable Felt we got a good deal The only negative issue I can mention is following realising I needed to alter my delivery day (my fault) I found it very difficult to get through to the store the next day when I phoned up to arrange a new delivery date. I left a voicemail to ask them to reply to my call but no one got back to me so I had to try two or three times again the next day before someone picked up the call. Once I got through they were very efficient at dealing with my delivery date change.
