Customer service has always been great at dreams. Pete was brilliant and he all could to meet our challenges.

I found the bed I want online and when I went in he found it for me straight away. He shown me the other beds that are similar and he answered all my (many) questions. Very friendly, offered me a drink and supported me in my purchase. Very satisfied customer :)

We were initially deallt with by Tony, his knowledge of mattresses was outstanding. We had already purchased a new matress, he looked at the specification online from our purchase and told us if we were in any unhappy with the matress that we should pop back to the store and they would help us select another from Dreams. We will certainly do this if we are not happy with our matress. We left the store to think over the the new bed frame we had spotted in the store, we returned an hour later and this time we were looked after by Shiraz. Again he was very knowledgeable and placed the order for us.

Sam very knowledgeable about the products and informed us of the time scale to expect delivery. He asked us who the bed was for and what types of beds were in store and the price ranges we were happy to spend in

I was assisted by Pete who not only helped me pick out a bunk bed for my children but I felt he went above and beyond trying to cater my needs. He understood what I was looking for and tried his utmost best to get me what I believe is a fantastic deal. Thank you Pete and hats off to you all at Dreams.

Sad listened to our needs, storage, restrictions on size of bed frame. King. Colour options. As a result we have an ottoman, grey fabric.

Clean store, beds were well organised and colour-coded, friendly and helpful staff, a good range of mattresses to test.

Dreams colleagues name is Pete with a validation code 140 who was welcoming and offered tea or coffee to my wife and I without knowing if we where buying anything or not he was very helpful explaining all the goods in the showroom and put us at ease with our purchase

highly satified with the service I recieved. I wil not know how satisfied i am with the mattress, untill I have sleeped on it. i would recomend, and use Dreams again.
