On the minute we walked into the store we were treated with respect we were told of all the different styles and prices an then left for a short while to give us chance to choose the right bed for us. When we had three or four beds to choose from the staff were very helpful to narrow it down to the bed we chose. Very satisfied.

the salesman who dealt with us (peter) asked what type of bed /mattress we were looking for & had we bought from dreams before, we was looking for like for like mattress which we had bought from dreams 12yrs ago, peter managed to find the 12yr old order on your system & then showed us 2 mattresses which were of the same high quality, he explained the difference between the 2 to make our decision easier.
