The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in making our choice of mattress very easy. Their product knowledge was excellent.

The store was bright and there was someone at the door with a cheerful welcome. The assistant, Pete, who advised us, was friendly and willing to listen to what we wanted before showing us a variety of options. His product knowledge was excellent. We felt like our custom was valued and also that staff genuinely wanted us to have a good buying experience. We didn't feel under pressure to buy. The whole process was enjoyable and didn't take hours and hours - which is what we had feared might happen. We didn't feel that we needed to look anywhere else. We were also impressed with Dreams' green credentials in disposing of our old mattress. All in all - 10 out of 10!

I walked into the store I knew what I wanted, he showed me a choice, I tried the one out, fine I ordered it and added 2 pillows to it, sat down, paid for them and was back out of the store within 15 minutes. Just how I like it.

The lady who assisted us was very friendly professional and helpful. She listened to our individual key issues and was very knowledgeable in her recommendations and choices available to us.

The lady (Hawa) who dealt with us in the Middlebrook store was lovely, had a great sense of humour but was still professional and found us the perfect mattress for a great price.
