Salesperson, say, was well informed and very helpful, identifying our needs and explaining the technical details of our purchase. The options for our needs were limited, and the bed more or less selected itself in terms of the different firmness requirements.

We went looking for a big bed for our new house, we knew what kind of bed we wanted but the employee Sheraz showed us many types of bed took the time to find out what we needed and then showed us everything you had that he thought would suit us and it did not disappoint. We came away with a totally different bed than we thought we wanted because of the knowledge of the employee. His knowledge of everything was fantastic, brilliant guy. Will be recommending dreams to people because of him.

When we walked in the staff made us feel welcome and asked us if we were ok which we said yes thank you and we are just looking. We then asked about the single bed which the member of staff had all the answers. We then asked about a double bed and again he was very profesional. The delivery of the goods is very quick which means we only have to wait 4 days. When we sat down the man was brilliant and went through everything so we understood

From the moment we stepped in we were greeting by a lovely young man who genuinely seemed interested in how our day was and offered us a drink (whilst it was a scorching hot day) before he even asked us what we were looking for. He took his time to listen to what we needed and showed us the range of products they had on offer. He gave us both a pillow to try out the mattresses and once we found one we liked, gave us a brilliant discount. Helped that we bought a tv bed to go with it!! Haha. Would definitely recommend Dream’s to anyone and everyone!! And a major thank you to Sam in the Bolton store for being a genuinely lovely guy!

Staff very attentive and friendly. No high pressure sales techniques.We received a warm welcome and were given a nice cold drink (It was a very hot day). We were shown the whole range of beds and offered excellent advice by Sam and Eve who were more like good friends than sales staff.we were also shown a full range of pillows which was something we hadn’t considered, and bought two very comfortable ones. Altogether a good experience.
