The assistant was amazing took time to help me find the right base as i knew i wanted an ottoman style. Walked me around the store to viwe the different types. Once i had chosen the bed frame i had the difficult task of choosing a matreess. Sharef took his time listened to my needs then showed me a great selection which he thought would suit my needs. Each matress type was explained including materials used and benefits. I tried lots of different ones, finally narrowing it down to two. I was advised keep trying each one until i knew it was right for me i felt no pressure which is how i like to shop. Once my choice was made the paperwork was done the order placed to suit me and my schedule. This was speedy and explained in full of my purchase and options. Cold drinks were provided. Thirsty work trying all those beds. Your advisor was amazing patient and excelled in customer service. Thrilled with service received. Well done and thank you i know im not an easy customer and so indecisive.

Served by a very friendly, knowledgeable young man named Pete. He knew from our description exactly what we were looking for and aided us with pillows to get the best experience of each available bed. Nothing was too much trouble for this young man. A credit to your company.

Came in and was directed to the beds we were looking for and Pete the sales exec helped us with our order, we walked in and left within 30mins with a bed of our choosing which made the entire experience less stressful

Dreams had the best website and as part of our bed buying research, we decided to visit the store at Middlebrook. We were welcomed to the store and various products were explained. When we informed the sales guy that we needed a superking bed by Wednesday of the next week, it wasn't a problem and the team went above and beyond to find us a fantastic product. They didn't rush us at all and were very professional.

Helpful friendly staff that know what they were talking about. Didn't mind the children (that were being a bit silly at time much to my disappointment but staff made me feel at ease still) listened to what we wanted and got us a good deal

We was assisted by Pete who we explained what we was looking for and he told us which colour code in mattresses to choose from. He then pointed us to the one that was perfect for us and we went through the options of purchasing this mattress.
