Sam the assistant was very friendly with exceptioal service very patient and a pleasure to deal with, his knowledge on the product was very good and made us feel confident to place our order (keep him hes a good one)

The sales consultant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He spent time with us so we could be sure we were selecting the right bed. Very friendly!

Sam was very polite and knew what he was talking about answered any question we put to him

We were greeted immediately on entering the store. The whole team were very friendly. Sam was extremely friendly and very helpful. We were offered a tea or coffee. I did try to negotiate on the price but didn't achieve this. I was however given an offer on tempur pillows which meant I got 2 for the price of one. We also met the accounts manager Stuart Jenks from Harrison Spinks which was very nice. He said he would try to speed our order up and Sam was to email the details of our order to him.

The colleague who helped us with our purchase was very knowledgable, friendly and helped us make the right choice for us

I was served by Tony, who took the time to understand what I wanted and did not try and persuade me to buy something else, something that has often occurred when I have entered other shops. Tony made the whole experience very easy and did not take more time than was necessary. He was also very helpful in pushing the delivery date back slightly so that the room could be decorated before the bed arrived. Tony is a fantastic employee and one you should be very proud of, I will definitely be coming back to the Bolton store and asking for Tony when I am next in need of something.

The lady that served us (I cannot remember her name so apologies but she was from Bury) helped us on two separate occasions. She was very attentive and was able to advise us on size and measurements. She was super helpful!

We entered your middlebrook store with a maximum price, we walked away with amazing items all on budget. There was no pushy sales and we was given time to think about what we wanted to do..after all it's a big purchase that you will have for years. We had been to other bed shops and felt pressured into accepting a price for items that didn't fit our needs or wants. We will be back again :)
