very helpful service but not over bearing,

Sam was very helpful he new your products so when I explain that I want one similar or the same as my old one he new exactly what I needed. He was polite & friendly. The store was spotless & tidy.

Assistant was v helpful and understood what I waned immediately gave me a good deal without being pushy. I was not intending to buy only browse but felt that what was offered suited my needs so well I made the purchase.

This was our first visit to a Dreams Store and we found it very good indeed. The staff, (Sheraz and Tony were very helpful without being too 'pushy'

Sam was very helpful. He listened to my list of requirements and advised on the best products for me.

We arrived at the store today not with the intention to purchase a mattress but to just look and to price one up. My wife and I were in the store for nearly two hours, during this time Tracie and Tony were extremely helpful, offering us different pillows, beverages and most importantly listening to our needs / requirements. Tracie and Tony were knowledgeable and were able to offer in-depth explanations behind the technology employed in the mattresses and most importantly allowed us time to make a decision (which we hope will be the right one). We didn't feel as though we were experiencing a 'hard sell' or being forced down a route we didn't want to traverse. Tracie's and Tony's friendly, polite approach made us want to agree a deal and make a purchase there and then on the day.

We were asked exactly what we were looking for and what our budget was. We didn't have to look around aimlessly not knowing anything.

There were a great selection of beds on offer, with some great deals. Sam was really helpful in explaining the mattress to us, showing the headboards available with the range, the colours available and then ordering the bed for us.
