Very helpful, friendly, courteous staff and nice coffee. Also, good products at reasonable prices.

Shiraz was very helpful. He gave us a validation code 140 and a website to visit to fill in this survey, which I did.

Sales assistant was more then helpful and made you feel very welcome and comfortable whilst shopping, allowed browsing time at will with option of assistance when required overall very friendly and helpful

Eve was so lovely and extremely knowledgeable, she advised us against our needs and was not pushy in any way but felt like we wanted to order there and then without going to any other shop. Eve could not do enough for us, like when she brought the matching side cabinets and placed them next to the bed that made it so easy to add these to our order, she was so lovely too, Eve is a credit to Dream’s, we couldn’t recommend her or dreams enough and never usually fill these surveys in but thought we couldn’t miss giving our feedback on eve and dreams

I popped into the shop and straight away, I got offered a brew, very impressed. Also knowledge of staff was excellent, just overall very impressed and when I buy a 3rd bed I will 100% be back.

The staff were friendly and listened to our concerns and our needs. They offered us a good deal and explained thoroughly the 40 night trial. They encouraged us to try several beds and pillows to meet our requirements and allowed us the time to choose without pressure.
