Sam was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable in the bed we required.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming upon entrance. They were visible but allowed us time to browse before approaching to offer assistence. Countless times you find that people jump on you as soon as you step food in the door so it was a refreshing change. Sam took the time to discuss our needs and sleep habits before taking us (in great detail) through our options, princes and made recommendations based on staff and customer behaviours. He then took us through the discounts and in store promotions available to make sure we got the best deal at the time (whilst also product upselling for the business). Once a decision was made, we were then offered a drink and a seat where we were taken through the sales process in great detail, pointing out all the agreements, t&c’s, additional/recommended products etc.

We where looking for a specific bed we had seen on the internet. An employee came over and introduced her self as Karen and asked did we need any help. We did so we explained what we where looking for and she direct straight to the item. She showed how the ottoman base worked. We liked it so we purchased it.

Went into Dreams after purchasing a bed frame a few months before very happy with the Nelson metal bed frame. So we compared several stores but was impressed with Dreams a new mattress we needed and Karen Doyle helped us in every way from choosing to looking after us.
