Your store advisor Sheraz was most accommodating and knowledgeable. He answered any questions we had. Before making a purchase, we decided to take a look around other stores on Middlebrook to compare their products with Dreams, but didn't feel 100% satisfied with questions and answers from other advisors we spoke to. On our return to Dreams, we were happy to place an order and found the professionalism of both Sheraz and Pete very rewarding.

Polite and professional staff who let us look around before approaching us and then gave us clear information which helped us decide. Both Tony and Saf at the Bolton branch understand our budget and helped us achieve it.

Sam explained fully the type of beds that were suited to my needs in the store and the location in the store . He let me have a look myself then came to assist with any queries. I tried several matresses and he gave a new pillow to try as well . He offered myself and my daughter a choice of drinks. he took the time to show me the fabric swatches for the base and headboard making sure it would match with the room. I made a purchase and he explained clearly about the delivery and removal of my old bed . I highly recommend him to my friends.

We were assisted by Saf and Tony who were both very knowledgeable in terms of products. We received an excellent deal and free pillows too. Our time wasn't wasted and we were shown exactly what we asked for. Without feeling rushed, both Saf and Tony were efficient and very professional.

Sam greeted us on our arrival. He introduced himself and allowed us to browse around the store without any unwanted assistance. At the point we needed advice he was very knowledgeable about the products and was extremely helpful. Every time we tried a out a bed or mattress Sam was there with pillows to allow us to make the right choice. We were offered a drink of coffee which was appreciated. The whole experience was very good and what could have been a long day of looking at 100's of beds from different stores was kept to a minimum due to Sam's expertise. Sam is a real credit to your company and left us with a very good impression of the Dreams Store.

Very good attention from the moment we entered the store. The advisor took us round to see and test various beds and was very knowledgeable.

Saf the sales assistant was helpful and well informed but never pushy as we spent 2 hours in the store trying different memory foam mattresses before settling on the one that felt right for us. Pete the assistant store manager also helped to get us the best deal available.
