Many thanks for treating me so well in the store today. I received good information by a friendly, helpful member of staff who listened and responded to my needs. An overall very good experience.

The assistant who served us at the Middlebrook store - Sheraz- was very helpful. I told him that I have been struggling with a sore back and he showed us a variety of options all with good deals.

The staff member was very friendly and helpful, giving us a complete overview of the product we came to view.

I came into one of your stores and was greeted by a lovely sales Rep who had taken the time to ask me if i needed assistance. I told him exactly what i was looking for and he assisted me quite promptly showing me different options and styles that i was looking for.

Really nice people both Ian at the Preston store and also Eve at Bolton store. Wide range of beds at Bolton and the Eve and area manager (sorry don't remember his name) spent time and showed what was available. We felt relaxed and look forwards to receiving the bed.

I was originally dealt with by Sheraz - his product knowledge was impressive. He didn't make me feel as if I was being had sold to. I wouldn't have bought anything if he did. He was very friendly and very helpful. Good customer service.
