The assistant who helped me was great

Saf (our assistant) was ready on entry to the store. He was Friendly and understanding of our needs & budget. He went above & beyond to find us the perfect frame & matteress and to ensure our needs where met throughout our visit. We needed to transfer funds from savings and had an issue connecting to data. The store manager Martin was on hand to provide mobile tethering which allowed us to transfer the funds for our purchase. No pressure stalling, very knowledgeable, top class customer service. We will definitely be back again and 100% recommend to family & friends. Thank you Saf & Martin

The staff were all very helpful, in particular Jeff who helped us with our tour and the beds and mattresses information. He was very polite, understanding of our needs and made us feel very welcome and valued as customers.

It was only the second day of the young lady assistant, but was able to have a pleasant and helpful conversation while we waited for her trainer to finish with another customer. Good luck to her in the future.

I was pleased that the salesman listened to my needs and appreciated that I had a budget and did not try to make me spend more than I wanted/could afford.
