The sales person, Pete, was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The sales assistant was very competent

Good knowledge of the product by the member of the team. He took time to understand our needs and make recommendations. The member of the team was not pushy but made his recommendations clearly. The time to place the order was minimal and as we were spending quite a lot on the bed and mattress we were given free pillows and mattress cover.

The Salesman was extremely helpful and made sure that I was happy with my choice. He went to a great deal of trouble to advise me about mattress covering and the assistance I would need for the delivery. The problem today is, that most places are all out for sales and do not have the concern that he had. Bravo!!!!

It was my first time bed shopping and Samuel, the Dreams guy who helped me, was maybe the most beautiful person I’ve ever seen and was very lovely. He listened to me, understood my needs and was excellent with his recommendations and product knowledge. He even helped me carry pillows to my car and when I tried to unlock the wrong vehicle by accident and was super embarrassed, he absolutely didn’t judge me (not to my face anyway, which is the important bit because I 100% would have judged me). 10/10, A+, two thumbs up, top score!

We were greeted by Pete who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Pete spent time with us discussing our needs/requirements and spent time showing us the relevant beds best suited for our needs. Nothing was too much trouble for Pete, who offered us drinks and spent time answering our questions and going through our order in a timely fashion. Pete is a real credit to your team.

I got the products that I wanted.

I visited the store on the 13th July 2018 and was greeted by the Store Manager of the Bolton shop; Tony. He couldn't have been more helpful and understanding of what I was looking for with the budget I had. I didn't feel pressured in the slightest. I walked out of the store to think about what was discussed. I called the Bolton Store at a later date to place the order over the phone and spoke to Peter, who like Tony was so polite, friendly and helpful. The overall customer service of the Bolton store was excellent.

We were welcomed to the store by a very friendly member of staff, who let us look at our leisure then when we needed assistance he came to tell us about the product we were buying. Nice big store with plenty of selection
