We dealt with Tracie , very nice lady helpful . Made myself and my children drinks .

I said I had some neck and shoulder problems and the assistant recommended the type of bed that he felt would be the best. I tried various beds and felt there was no rush eventually I found the one I was comfortable with and am awaiting delivery.

I knew the products I wanted to order before I came to store. Checking out the bed frame and Karen (Bolton Middlebrook store) came over to see if I needed help. Spoke about the product (lucia bed frame) and assisted me with my order. Was offfered a drink and finished within a few minutes.

Dreams Colleague Pete at Middlebrook Retail Park went above and beyond to make sure we made the right purchase for our needs. He listened, gave advice and guided us through the best choices for ourselves, even giving us time to consider our best options. We made our purchase on our visit, confident we had made the right choice.

I was highly satisfied by my experience as firstly I could park directly outside the store next I was met by Karen who when I explained what I wanted took me directly to the items I was looking for took the time to make me coffee supplied me with tape measure so I knew exactly what I wanted and explained everything about the items which was perfect for my needs
