Dreams - Middlebrook

Sales people are friendly and available but not pushy and didn't follow us around unlike a competitor who's store we walked out of for that reason. Our sales person was Saf who was great. We talked to him, went to another store and he recognised us when we came back. He was very knowledgeable and a credit to your Horwich store.

The assistance as soon as we arrived was great the woman was polite friendly and had a great understanding of what we wanted she went out of her way to get to know us and had a laugh whilst still delivering a professional service.

Customer service outstanding eve knew what I wanted let me try the beds out even got me the pillow I use at home ( my brick as I call it ) will definitely be back when I need another bed

Highly recommend dreams at the middlebrook today the manager tony spent 3 hrs with me and my husband helping us to pick the right bed for us he was very polite and had loads of patients with us he then passed us over to a lovely man called saf, who took and placed our order. The team at the middlebrook Bolton are welcoming,polite and helpful will definitely recommend

Sheraz at our store (Validation code 140) split my order into two, as I would be moving into my new flat on the 18th September and the earliest delivery for the bed frame would be the 20th, however the mattress was deliverable earlier. This was a life saver, means I dont need to sleep on the floor! Thanks!

We were treated very well by Pete. He was very knowledgeable once we explained what we wanted he took no time at all in finding us a suitable product. He was very courteous and not at all pushy as I know some Sales people can be.
