Our server Karen at the Middlebrook Horwich branch was excellent. She spent a lot of time with us and making sure we were happy with the choice. Perfect balance of helpfulness and 'not to in your face' like some sales people are, Karen had the right balance and was very helpful, offered us drinks and knowledgeable and professional 10/10. Also the staff in the whole shop interacted together well and a nice relaxed atmosphere.

I was looking for a bed and needed something that could be delivered in the next few days. Eve was absolutely fantastic, she was so knowledgable and went through all the different types of products available to suit my budget and needs. Nothing was too much trouble for Eve she was so patient and smiled throughout the whole service.

This was our second visit. We called last week to view the products available then came back today to buy. Your colleague Karen was very knowledgeable, listened to our requirements and advised us accordingly without being forceful.
