The staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy. We were even offered a drink whilst browsing.

As soon as we entered the store we felt happy to look round . Everything was displayed well. The staff were on hand to help us with any questions but not trying to push things on us. The sales person (Sam ) was very helpful .We felt confident dealing with him.

The assistance I received was very helpful. The assistant (Karen) listened to what I said I was looking for and showed me a couple of mattresses that fitted the bill. She checked availability and processed the order efficiently in a friendly way. I feel the value for money of the mattress was good.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams Middle room because my sale officer Pete had a lot of patient, he explained all the different styles of beds and the different gadget we can have.He did it cautiously and with a smile. He is an asset to your company.

Was greeted as i walked in , and was given helpful advice.Nothing was too much trouble, and the sales assistant Sam was very efficient and friendly. He took the time and trouble to help me decide on my choice of purchase. He is a credit to your business. All the staff seemed nice at this store , and the coffee was good too.

We visited middlebrooks dreams store in the hope of finding a bed that would support my spine problems and still be comfortable enough for my partner, as well taking into account the style of bed we wanted. The team were extremely helpful and found us the perfect bed and bedding. They were also very patient with our adventerous toddler.

Karen straight away came over to us, was very polite and introduced herself and offered to help with whatever we needed. We gave her a fairly vague description of the type of products we would like and straight away she showed us all our options (keeping within our budget also). She was so lovely and really made the experience easy.

We went in for a headboard and came out with a bed! I had something specific in mind and you had it available as a bed. The service was good and the whole transaction was easy.

Pete was very helpful at showing us and advising us on what was the best bed for us both.
