Greeted when I arrived.Not pushed to look at products.Friendly and informative salesman,Sam.

Visited the store on two occasions and each time the staff were exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable , courteous and pleasant.

Eve had amazing product knowledge. She knew exactly which mattress we should purchase and she was 100% spot on. Eve was so helpful we decided to purchase not just one bed but 3 beds! Eve is truely an asset to your company.

Soon as we walked into your store at Middlebrook, we was greated by a man named Pete who was very welcoming and offered us drinks and explained how it works -the layout of the store and different mattresses etc then left us to browse. We never felt pressured throughout our time in your store, which is a huge relief. Soon as we were ready to ask more questions, Pete was there to assist. We bought the bed I'd been looking for and we went with Pete's recommended mattress and we was unsure as so overwhelming as so many different types etc. Whilst I was in your store I recommended your store and Pete to a friend as she is looking for bed.

As soon as I walked into the store I felt welcomed! The staff here are super lovely! They made me feel like I mattered, I spoke with 3 staff members all in all and each of them were friendly, knew the answers to all the questions I asked and were extremely helpful. I wasn't sure which bed I wanted and Tracie was super helpful in helping me decide!! :) Thanks Tracie!

very satisfied with the assistant Eve, who demonstrated extensive knowledge of the products we bought. Answered all our queries using language that was easy to understand in a friendly manner making excellent eye contact throughout. Listened to our needs and advised us accordingly to enable us to make our decisions.

Pete was very helpful and friendly, showing us different options available to enable us to get what we wanted within our budget
