Karen was very helpful indeed, she made us feel completely comfortable in asking question and had the patience of a saint, we had three unruly kids with us which she wasn't fazed by but made us feel happy being there. In some shops you can be made to feel uncomfortable but our experience was not that at all. We couldn't decide on which mattress we wanted and with constant trying and walking to and fro we at last decided but she didn't mind how long it took as long as we made the right decision for us, we was apologetic for the time it was taking but we didn't feel the pressure. Karen then brought out the pillows and we was the same haha, anyway we would definitely return back for future products. Karen overall made us feel comfortable and she was very helpful without the pressure sale tactics, we are both very excited for the delivery and would definitely recommend Karen and the shop to family and friends, thank you Karen from Andrew and Janine 😀

Samuel greeted myself and my wife just after we started looked at beds. We explained the problems we encountered with a mattress we purchase at Bensons for Beds and the difficulty we had as the mattress began to sag just months after purchase and lack of after sales service. He seemed shocked but put our minds quickly at ease explaining the different guarantees that beds and mattresses have. We discussed what we were looking for and he provided direction for the types of bed to look at and what firmness of mattress we were looking for. Explaining looking for something firm, he took us over to a bed to try for firmness. Providing pillows to both my wife and myself we were surprised that how comfortable it was in whatever sleep position we laid. Allowing us time to find a suitable bed frame we did managed to agree on one and found Samuel again to continue our order. Offering us a drink (which my wife took up and commented later how nice it was!) we went through the purchase and was able to provide us an excellent discount which we were both very happy over as it allowed us to pay for the recycling of our old frame and mattress. Overall a very pleasant experience thanks to Samuel

From the moment We entered the store we were impressed with quality and price range. and the staff were very pleasant makes a massive difference dealing with a friendly face. Especially Tracie talked us through buying the mattress that was most comfortable for us and no amount of questions from us was too much for her such a lovely lady

We have visited two different stores and both times the service has been excellent. The attitude and attention from the sale staff was well managed and the feeling in the store was comfortable. The staffs knowledge is impeccable and their patience in decision making is well appreciated.

The sales assistant Sam was helpful and pateint, not too salesy and the overall choice and qua;ity was better than local competitors

Pete at the middlebrook branch was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to find us the best deal possible. There was nothing that he wasn't willing to do to help.

The assistant who served us was very friendly and helpful, happily helped has to find a something we liked within my price range without making us feel pressured to buy. He was very polite, excplasined everything clearly and couldn't have been more helpful. The products were easy to try to find the right level of firmness and were easily explained.

Paul was brilliant, showed us products he thought we would like after checking what we were looking for He is definitely an asset to your company we came away highly satisfied and would shop there again in the future

Sam helped us find exactly what we needed when we came to find a bed for our daughter. He was very friendly and approachable and took the time to understand our needs. We were not put under pressure at all. He was great with our daughter too. We are very happy with the service provided and would definitely purchase from here again
