Customer service was great at Bolton store.

From the minute we walked in the door, the staff could not have been more helpful without being pushy. We were offered drinks and the staff listened to exactly what we wanted and nothing was too much trouble. Their product knowledge was amazing, and they didn,t try to sell us the most expensive products, just what was exactly right for us.

We are sales people our selves as are perhaps more judgemental than most. We found Pete really mad the effort to understand what we wanted from our pruchaseand felt confident when we left the store that we had made the right decision

Helpful staff gave all the information we needed. Shown beds that met our needs then allowed to look at leisure. Even given pillows to help with 'product testing'!

On entering the store we weren't pounced on or followed around the shop, my pet hate. When we needed an assistant they where on hand and extremeley helpful without being intrusive. They offered advice and options when we tried different matresses even offereing pillows to try on the beds, whilst not being pushy or pressuring us for a sale. Whilst paying for our matress I observed the staff with an elderley couple who were also in store I got the feeling they could have tried every matress in store if they wanted to the staff never lost patience and continued to offer help and assistance to them, good old fashioned customer service.

My wife and I were highly satisfied with the service and help we received from Sam your salesman . The choice of headboards and quality made it hard to pick thank you very much.

I was greeted by a very pleasant and polite young man called Sam. I told him what I was looking for and the price I wanted to pay and he showed me a number of mattresses which I tried and found one that I really liked. Delivery was very good. I was very kindly offered a drink whilst the paperwork was being completed.

Hi had a lovely lady called Karen that listened to my needs and helped me choose the right product for me. Was lovely with my daughters who had come with me too.

We purchased the items we wanted at a price we were wanting to pay. The product knowledge of the assistant was very good and he also gave us alternatives to consider
