Was delt with in a friendly and professional manner by your assitant and got what I wanted for a fair price

The sales persons was knowledgeable and friendly all our questions were answered satisfactorily. Her knowledge of competitive products was very good and her explanations full and comprehensive. She was pleasant and respectful throughout her presentation and the sales process.

Unlike some bed stores that we've visited, the staff at Dreams were helpful, but not pushy, we even took a break to consider buying without any pressure from staff

We entered the store looking for a mattress but not really knowing what Kind. Sam soon approached us and helped us with the decision telling us about the different kinds of mattresses and letting us try them out. He wasnt pushy and was fun to deal with making the experience much better
