Karen welcomed us and listened to our requirements understanding the need for firm sides to the mattress as we explained mum had slipped off her old bed and broken her pelvis. Karen recognised my mother at 84 was fragile and helped us to her first recommendation, my mother was helped on and off the bed and Karen was very attentive without being over bearing, she showed us two other mattress and chatted about the pros and cons without draining us of energy. Once we were sat ready to buy she made coffee and efficiently dealt with the paperwork, whilst explaining about pillows and protectors, deliver options and how the delivery men would help but the old mattress in a bag. Karen was a model sales assistant, interested, professional and understanding whilst maintaining her focus and importantly including my mother in each step of the process. A pleasure from start to finish - an unusual retail experience thanks to Karen.

Eve who served us in store made it a pleasure. She was helpful knowledgesble and fun.

Walked in,met by a lovely lady, helped us with what we needed,everything we went in for, you had.karen the lady that served us was great,a more mature lady,who can still do her job with a lovely smile to.perfect shopping experience.

Very helpful staff

We received a swift and friendly welcome from Karen without feeling like we were being pounced on. Straight away, we were offered a hot beverage and given time to browse. Once we had decided, she helped with the choice of mattresses and advised us of the current store deals. When we decided to leave to have a think and browse other stores, we didnt feel pressurised to return but was also offered a free duvet and pillow to 'sweeten' the deal. We returned an hour later, having decided that the best deal lay with Karen and the Dreams team. The finance and order was processed efficiently and effectively and we left as very happy customers.

I went to the Bolton store with my grandad looking for a bed for my new flat. I had researched what I wanted in terms of bed frame and matress before going to the store and my grandad had a definate budget in mind. A gentleman called Sheraz helped us. We managed to leave the store with exactly what I wanted and left very satisfied. We got exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted. Sheraz gave me lots of options and was really honest and helpful. He seemed very knowledgeable about the mattresses, I wanted a combination mattress he explained really well the options I could have and the prices. He was honest and gave trustworthy advice and found me an option (the same style of mattress - airpockets and memory foam top - but in the bluecross sale but brand new) which I was delighted with.

Very efficient service

The salesperson called Karen who looked after us is amazing. She is a credit to Dreams and was very helpful, listened to our needs and is very polite, caring and happy member of staff. I only wish other stores staff were as great as Karen. Well done!

Sheraz couldnt have been more helpful and efficient....very pleased

Staff was really nice and friendly but was a little upset the bed I wanted was out off stock but the staff member helped me find a suitable replacement.
