Staff are friendly realy looked after my wife to make sure she was looked after

This is my second purchase in 18 months from your store at Horwich Middlebrook. I went in thinking I knew what I wanted but after a chat with your store assistant I made a better purchase, the Kendal mattress arrived within a few days and I have to say it's perfect for my toddler, so comfy I fell asleep with him on the first night.

Mainly to do with the lovely staff. I had a really nice woman called Karen, she was so helpful and thorough in helping me find exactly what I was looking for and also extremely friendly. It was a very enjoyable experience and I would 100% recommend.

All the staff were friendly and helpful they all seemed to enjoy helping us make the right decision for us.

I had a set of specific requirements about what i wanted in a bed and a mattress and the sales assistant provided all my options to me and allowed me significant time to choose what I liked. I was also greeted friendly, offered a beverage and provided with a pillow to try out the mattresses. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

Karen was amazing and was definitely a deciding factor to our purchase. If she hadn't had the customer service skills which she demonstrated with us we would have gone to the previous shop.

The member of staff approached us immediately, offered help, knowledge and assistance but wasn't pushy. Gave a lot of information to help us make an informed choice but we did not feel rushed or pressured.

I went in not knowing what i wanted. I just knew i needed a mattress. After a very constructive chat with a lovely young man named Sam i felt more confident about my requirements. He showed me a selection of mattresses and i selected one which i am 100% sure is the right one.
