It was a good experience with helpful friendly assistant welcomed me and then offered to go through what was available for what I wanted to pay.I was offered a seat and a cup of coffee whilst he viewed the system then he took me round to show me the products. He explained the difference in types of bases and mattresses which I found quite useful I was also iffrrrd a pillow to try out the bed.

Saf at the Bolton store was highly efficient and immaculately dressed. Ordered another sofa bed similar to one already have - which I know to be comfortable so everything was done, even the before Xmas delivery, with great efficiency. The sofa bed is also comfortable which appears to be rare with sofa beds.

From the minute we walked in, the service we received was great from the greeting to the coffee to the pillow on the bed.

Sheraz, the assistant, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He gave us all the advice and answers we needed. Would come back again and recommend to friends.
