Sheraz was knowledgeable of all the products and went above and beyond to help us find the bed we needed. It's difficult to make a decision with there being so many options, in your store and others combined. He took his time with us and helped us through the process of choosing a mattress, bed and headboard.

Karen has very friendly approach to customers and quite patient to expalin the product and overall graet help to choose what you want. Thanks

Karen (Bolton branch) was extremely helpful. She let us have some time to ourselves to discuss about the bed and offered us a drink whilst we think about it. There was no pressure in purchasing and made us feel at ease.
