We did not set out to buy a bed that day. However, it is something that we had looked at previously. The Salesman, Sam, was attentive and showed us products which suited our needs and their various merits. He then went on to show us a number of mattress and the considerable discount available for a number of showroom stock items. After providing us with a cup a tea and being informed of the Interest free credit option (especially so close to Christmas), we decide to buy.

Offered a cup of coffee on arrival and were talked through the different bed options without any pressure. All in all a very relaxed experience.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and bent over backwards to get us a good deal and had a good knowledge of each item we bought his name was shears at your middlebrook store
