We were highly satisfied with our experience overall because of the friendliness of Karen who explained everything to us. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Showed us a lot of products and didn't rush us into making a decision. She was lovely to deal with. Also another colleague was very helpful too.

Plenty of choice and friendly staff with excellent product knowledge

The staff at the store were very helpful and pleasant and I felt that they were really interested in what I required. There was a large selection of beds and mattresses and I felt sure I would be able to find what I wanted, as I did.

We didn’t like what we went in to purchase but the guy who served us listened to what we needed and sorted us out with a different item, at the same price, which suited us perfectly.

Gemma is the name on my card, she was very helpful when I came in to the sore on Monday 03/12/10, so much so, that when I came back with someone she went through all the info again and placed an order.
