Dreams - Middlebrook

Visited store 140 today & every staff memeber was extremely polite and helpful. A fabulous lady called Karen helped up, pick decide and buy a bed! Her knowledge was second to none & it felt like I was just having a chat with a good friend. We purchased a flaxby matress and can’t wait for it to be delivered.

Assistant Sam was very knowledgable about the products, was not pushy in anyway and helpful with all aspects of our visit

me and my daughter where looking for a bed for her. Karen (140) approached us and asked if we needed assistance. At the time I said I was fine. Karen did not push the question again and stepped away so me and my daughter could continue looking around. With in a couple of minutes we approached Karen and asked for her assistance, which she willing obliged. We asked several questions relating to 2 beds we where interested in. Karen was very helpful and a lovely women. It was lovely to walk into a store that the staff acknowledge you and don't make you feel uncomfortable will never ending questions. I would definitely go back to Dreams Middlebrook and specifically ask for Karen. She really made the experience a lot more easier.

Pete was friendly and professional and understood our needs so assisted us in finding the perfect bed

Gemma was very helpful with her knowledge and professionalism. Ask about our sleeping position and assisted us in trying the mattress. She talked through everything we needed to know. We will definitely go to Dreams in the future and recommend family and friends. The amount of choice in the store was amazing, We cannot see anyone walking out without a purchase.

Tony product knowledge was excellent and really helpful, Pete was also also great with frame options. Thank you for helping us purchase our bed!

I was given individual attention with a highly professional person who took time to understand my needs to help me choose the mattress and base that would meet my specific needs for a comfortable nights sleep.
