Sam was amazingly helpful and friendly. His product knowledge combined with his listening skills made for a perfect combination of sale closure and high quality customer service. Sam didn't look down at us because we are a young couple, he talked to us like we had known him for years. I would go as far as to say it was like going round to his house. He gave us a warm greeting as soon as we walked in, offered us a drink and helped us find what is perfect for us. There was no pushy sales techniques used, this made us feel very at ease. When testing out mattresses he put pillows under our heads and even helped us test out a range of pillows to match our sleeping preferences. The store was clean and even other members of staff was friendly. Sam introduced us to his manager too - Tony - who you could tell has a strong working relationship with Sam as Tony was useful as a second opinion (not that it was needed really). The experience was very satisfactory and I will be recommending Dreams to anyone looking for a new bed.

Not pressured by sale staff but very helpful when asked for advice.

the store was set out just right which didnt make looking for a bed hard. our assistant pete was amazing and really did dreams proud. he understood everything we wanted and didn't push us to buy anything we didn't want to. pete took the time to make sure we were getting everything we wanted and needed. he made the whole experience a joy. pete went above and beyond for us.

The assistant Karen was friendly and knowledgeable, she explained the different products, understood my needs and helped with sensible advise, she was not pushy or trying the hard sell, but patient and offered varying options. This helped with my decision to purchase today.
