Very welcomed but staff not pushy, very knowledgeable good experience.

Karen was very friendly and approached us promptly on our arrival. She had good knowledge on the products and guided us to a great purchase.

The service we received was excellent we were shown several mattresses and Peter explained all about them . We were offered a drink of coffee and made to feel very welcome all our questions were answered to our satisfaction by Peter .I would definitely go to dreams again .

Gemma was knowledgeable and helped us understand the differences between products. Took time with us and engaged our 6yo daughter. We were offered a hot drink whilst trying out mattresses.

Karen and Pete at Middlebrook went out of their way to get the new bed to us as quickly as possible.

I found the assistant was knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for whilst showing us several options. She gave us time to decide which bed we wanted and we did not feel pressured. She then ordered exactly what we decided on.

Sam was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a warm greeting when we walked in, listened to our needs, offered us a drink (he made 2 wonderful cups of tea), he had amazing product knowledge, he put pillows under our heads and recomend what he thaught would be best for our sleeping preferances and put different pillows under our heads (we didnt have to move a muscle), sam was so helpful and made it easy for us to decide what we wanted. We was never pushed to buy more than want we wanted. He introduced us to Tony his manager who was just like Sam, helpful, friendly, all round down to earth guys. The store was clean, airy, had a calm feeling. It really was one of the best shopping experience and customer service experience my partner and I have probably ever had. The best thing was that we was never looked down on or taken advantage of because we are a younger couple.
