The Manager and his staff went out there way to explain different types of mattress that where on offer to use told use all about our needs to get the best mattress for use we narrowed it down to possible four encouraged to test the mattress lie down on them very informative and knowledgeable about all aspect . and like to thank your staff for all the time they sent with us

Fantastic customer service. Pete was very attentive and knowledgeable. We came in the store to look at a purchase we made online, after having a good chat with Pete he found us an ever better product; helped us cancel the old order and ensured the new one was processed quickly. We were taken through additional items such as pillows, which we ended up adding on - the service was fab and Petes knowledge was faultless. We were kept warm with hot drinks as it was freezing outside (even giving us a takeaway coffee in a cup as we left; nice touch!). Can not fault the service at all, will definitely be recommending.
