The whole experience was positive and professional. The assistant Saf us very knowledgeable polite and ensured that the products met our needs and expectations. The process was clearly and fully explained. If it were not for the staff double checking our order with us we could have made a very serious error regarding product size. All options were fully discussed and explained an we are satisfied with the outcome of our purchases.

I only had a vague idea of what I was looking for when I went to the store and on entering immediately felt overwhelmed by the number of products on display. A sharp eyed colleague of yours saw my expression and immediately approached and offered assistance. She was knowledgable about the products and knew straight away what I meant by my description. She showed me several different options but not so many that I found it too difficult to choose. I made my choice and was very pleased to hear that the delivery date would be within 10 days of the purchase date. Overall a very positive experience.

Plenty choice which suited our needs, good price and very friendly knowledgeable staff

The employee who assisted us on our visit to the Middlebrook retail park store was called Eve. She was very helpful & understood our situation and helped us find a bed and mattress within our budget. My husband and I have recently bought our first home together and this was one of our first purchases and we are extremely happy. We can’t wait for our bed to be delivered!

Good variety of products and setout with plenty of room to browse

The lady who approached us was so nice and on our level and explained everything did you mither us constantly just what people are looking for in a sales rep. When we picked a bed the lady was with another customer and we wanted to deal with her so we went for food and come back 1 hour later just so we could deal with her 5 star rating

The team were all friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and attentive but at this store they were not aggressive or pushy unlike another dreams store I visited.

Karen was amazing! As soon as we entered the door she greeted us with the option of a hot drink, and showed us exactly how to read the options available on the signs. Karen shared her extensively knowledge of mattresses to help us narrow down the possibilities to what we personally found comfortable. Very helpful service and a brilliant experience buying our first bed.

Pete was a friendly individual that related well to me and my wife. Whilst he did show us mostly product in the higher price bracket he explained well why the extra money was worth it (we came away spending more than twice as much as we intended to spend but the product, as a premium product seems worth it). He did not rush us and even though we went back to the first mattress that we tried, it showed no sense of having a problem with that. Pete seemed to possess good product knowledge which was important in making a purchase of this size.
