Knowledgeable, thoughtful, friendly and patient salesman (Pete) who provided intelligent input without making us feel pressured or obligated. We ended up spending more money than we expected but, at this stage, are happy that we made an informed and sensible purchase. Overall, an exceptionally good shopping experience.

We where greeted at the door by Sam he asked us what we were looking for he took us to the mattress we asked for we lay on the bed and he brought us the pillows that were right for us he explained all about the mattress and the pillows ,the bed sheets we where very comfortable and decided to buy them he made us a lovely cup of coffee while he put are payment through a very good experience X

We found the staff to be very helpful and extremely accommodating . Nothing was to much trouble.

Pete made us feel welcome, explained what I didn't understand, gave us coffee and 2as amazing with our 2 yr old Granddaughter even giving her crayons and paper.

Peter was really knowledgable about what products they sold, we told him what we needed from the mattress and our budget. He led us straight away to try a mattress in our budget and two others. We tried them all, while we were deciding he made us a cup of coffee. A lovely young man polite, professional and a pleasure to buy off.

Very friendly no pressure

I was highly satisfied because we got some real bargains at the store and Karen the sales assistant was more than helpful in making our purchases as smooth as possible, we was so happy we even phoned back to make another purchase from your website.

We visited the Bolton store 3 times in total. The first time we came in, Gemma introduced herself and helped us to find the storage bed we were looking for. On the 2nd occasion, Gemma remembered us and the bed we were looking to buy. Gemma was very helpful & professional in her role. The purchase was made with ease.

The sales assistant didn't pressure us on entering the store to see if we wanted any help - he left us to look around then came over to see if we are OK and needed any assistance, which after looking around in my own time I did need assistance. He was friendly, knew what he was on about and knew what products I would be interested in.
