Sheraz, went the extra mile and spent time with us even after the shop was closed choosing the right bed for us as me and my partner had never done this before.

We were served by saf, he was really helpful right from the start. He knew his products and pointed us in the right direction. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He managed to give us discount too which was a bonus. He offered us a drink when we were placing our order. We even went to other stores to compare but his helpfulness and the quality of the product took us back to dreams.

All the staff were very friendly and Knowledgeable. They gave us lots of advice and helped us try a whole host of mattresses in helping us decide which mattress was best for us

Very friendly staff who went out of their way to help us .Fantastic choice of products and the coffee we were given was lovely . We weren't rushed or followed around which has put us off other places we visited .
