Very friendly staff members. Store was well planned out. Good selection of products and very happy with the price I paid.

Basically from entering your store your staff member listened to what we had to say and then tried to find us what we had asked for? and NOT showing us anything but, which I can't be doing with. After that the experience with your member of staff seemed to flow and we felt comfortable doing the deal. Hope that explains it?

We were met at the front of store by Sheraz, a very pleasant young man, who listened to our requirements and was able to guide us to the mattress’s that would be of interest He did not try to persuade us to change our requirements which we appreciated. He then left us to compare the mattresses and make our decision but was close at hand to to answer our questions and his knowledge was very wide He fully explained the order and delivery process and arranged for the old mattress to be collected Our thanks to Shiraz and the store manager who was equally very pleasant and helpful The mattress was delivered today by two very efficient and helpful young men Delivery was made on time and communication was spot on

Pete was truly excellent. He took time to understand our needs and was very thorough. He even moved some mattresses onto different beds in order for us to get the best possible reflection of how the mattress we bought would be when it goes onto our bed. Amazing service and excellent product knowledge.

The assistant was very helpful and offered a great price, and made the kids happy with drinks and biscuits, kids can be a pain when trying to shop they were happy so I was happy. Very nice guy x

Pete was very quick to find what I needed and helped understand the product I needed and he also found and applied any discounts available. I was not sure what I wanted but my visit was short and simple without time wasted. Over all very satisfied.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Store set out very well and able to test different types of mattresses. Given a great deal on headboards, very satisfied.

Your colleague didn't hassle us but when we required information she was knowledgeable which meant we purchased the mattress without going to another store.

Dreams representative Pete was extremly helpful but not intrusive at all. We were looking for a mattress and had ideas in mind already. He let us demonstrate a number of mattresses whilst pointing out features and pillows to try at the same time. We had not actually decided to purchase the bed at Dreams but felt the mattress and value for money was fair and decided not to look elsewhere. Wish all sales people were like him. Well done Pete.
