Great customer service friendly and welcoming. Great understanding of what I wanted in a bed and helped me get a bargain

Pete was very helpful, took the time to explain store layout, colour scheme for mattresses and then showing us the beds we were particularly interested in. Overall we got a great deal and Pete was really helpful. We were also offered drinks and they were great with our son who was bored with shopping.

Sam was fantastic! With so much to think of when buying a new home this was the easiest purchase I’ve made! Sam explained everything in great detail. Even going through which pillow is best depending on how you sleep! We didn’t even know this so we were very impressed with the high level of customer service! Thanks Sam for making the whole process so easy
