We were invited to try the new technology in store to help us decide on what type of mattress and pillow wete suitable for us - this was great! The staff were very friendly and even offered us a drink and what we really liked was the feeling of not being pressured & also being left alone a bit whilst deciding. We purchased our mattress, bed frame, pillows, duvet & mattress protector all in one visit and we’re so happy we did! We have already recommended Dreams to family & friends and we’ll be returning when we need to purchase further bedroom products!

The process was quick and easy, and the customer service was excellent. Felt relaxed and like the staff understood exactly what we needed.

Young assistant Gemma at Dreams store horwich / Reebok Bolton was soo bloody good. Took her time to show us different beds & was extremely patient. Brilliant customer service.

Karen was very friendly and helped with everything I needed and did asking if wanna a brew a few time so that was nice too.

From the moment we entered the store, we were greeted without being overly meithered. Once we had looked around and decided on a particular bed stead we then needed advice on the tempur mattresses. A sales assistant was on hand and explained the difference in quality on the matresses etc. He was polite, well mannered and was certainly not a pushy sales person (this is my pet hate). Once we had agreed on the bed and mattress our order was placed through efficiently. I most also add that this particular sales person Pete went above and beyond as I became unwell in the store. He offered a seat, water, coffee, tea etc. You certainly have a very kind and caring member of staff. Thank you Pete and Dreams for giving such a fantastic service. I would certainly recommend.
