We received excellent customer service with understanding of my problems we where shown several mattresses to try before making our decision, time was of no compromise and we where treated with respect , we where offered drinks in store , we felt pros and cons where explained to us with understanding and knowledge Sam the sales assistant was curtious on all levels there was no pressure on the whole a pleasant experience

Pete the sales and customer service advisor was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He understood my needs and made recommendations without being pushy. We were offered a drink, time and space. Which goes along way with me.

My mother needed a new mattress as she is having back problems and her present mattress is over 30 years old. From the moment we entered the store Sam a sales representative greeted us in a friendly mannerl and asked relevant questions which guided my mother to choose the right mattress. He offered her a pillow to help her feel comfortable on the bed she chose to test and a special bed which assessed which mattress would most suit her needs. Tea was offered. Sam made my mum feel at ease as she is 88 and he guided her to make the right decision. She has ordered a Tempur Cooltouch Cloud Supreme matress and bought a Temper Comfort pillow, which Sam recommended for maximum comfort. A friendly and welcoming atmosphere with high quality products.

Was greeted on entering the store then No pressure was allowed to look at the beds then asked for assistance, rather than being followed round the store by a sales assistant. A very pleasant experence which played a large part in me making a purchase

Sam and Peter were very helpful and certainly not pushy but very helpful. They listened to my concerns and the new technology when scanning your body was great and that helped the sales advisers to give me the best mattress. Pete was very helpful and tried his best to give me the best price and possible solutions when it can to finance and also if i needed to cancel my order due to my wife not being me to try out the new mattress. Also the coffee was a nice touch when going through the whole process

Upon arrival we browsed for a while and were then approached by Peter, he was very friendly and informative, asked exactly what we were looking for & led us over to the Dream Machine to assess which mattress would be best suited to us which was great, during this process he offered us a drink & once it was completed he then took us round to try out the mattresses recommended for us. He provided us with different pillows to try aswell. We had chosen the mattress we wanted after trying the third one but as it was what we considered a lot of money we wanted some time to think about it. Peter was very understanding and not at all pushy, which I do not like, however he was very persuasive in a nice way, gave us information on payment options & after some time away from the store to think it over we returned to make our purchase. We were seated straight away, offered drinks and the transaction was quick and easy. Peter was a lovely guy & great salesman and included a couple of the pillows we had tried and liked in the sale for us. Would recommend to our friends and family and would not hesitate to purchase again. Cannot wait to sleep in our new bed! Thank you Peter.
