Staff were very friendly and listened to my requirements. Then showed me products that matched. Everything was explained clearly - sizes, colours, various mattresses, headboard etc.

The Dreams assistant (Eve) was very helpful with our requirements. My partner & I have been looking for a new bed, we told Eve what we was looking for & she helped us find the perfect bed. Eve was more than helpful explaining how the bed works (we chose a bed with a TV at the foot of the bed), she offered both of us a drink & was very thorough explaining the finance options & the warranty. Eve was very helpful, bubbly & new her products.

Shopped at Middlebrook Horwich Bolton branch was attended to be Saf He was so pleasant not pushy no silly sales talk Helpful concerned and attentive Knew the products very quickly understood what my preferences were I live a long way away from the store he checked out delivery service and length of time till delivery before I committed to the purchase. I have shopped in line a lot to avoid the usual pushy sales pitch and only went in to mattress out but he was so delightful I purchased a bed as well. Thank you Dreams will definitely shop with you again have already recommended this store

Knowledgeable friendly assistant (Eve)

I knew what I wanted, was directed to the appropriate product and the sales person was attentive, listened to me and made the ordering and payment process simple. She wasovely with my 2 year old grandson who wanted to try all the beds and we had fun buyi g my new mattress. I was offered supplementary products at an excellent discount and am looking forward to delivery in a very good turnaround time

The woman Karen was extremely helpful as she understood my wishes of wanting a bed with storage and then showed me a few beds. She also said that if we found somewhere with a better value that Dreams could price match it, meaning customers come first. The whole team there that day was extremely helpful for mattresses and bed frames.

Good service so far although not yet delivered

Great customer service. Gave the sales agent Saf my requirements and he gave me the best options to choose from. Not pushy like other stores ive been too.
