The sales assistant was very helpful. We were offered a hot drink on arrival. We were matched with the best mattress for our needs by using the computerised sleep tool. We were also given an air bed as a gift on our purchase worth £55. All members of staff at the store were very nice and friendly. The matress we purchased is really high quality and we are delighted with our purchase.

Pete at the store listened to what we required and helped us to choose what was best for our needs. We used the tech to find out what mattress we required which we found very useful and quick. Was more than happy with all the staff in the shop. Made our decision to buy an easy one!

From entering the showroom we were dealt with professionally and in a friendly manner by Gemma, the sales assistant. We were not rushed and given all the information needed to reach a decision on our purchase.

First time i have been staff really friendly and helpfull

I wandered around for a while on my own which I appreciated, {I don't like to be bombarded as soon as I enter a store} The Karen came up to me and asked if I needed any information on any of the beds. I was happy to ask at this point. My questions were answered and at no point did I feel that there was an expectation to buy anything. In fact I hadn't gone with the intention of buying, I was at that point of just gathering information, but really only wistfully looking and wishing I could have a mattress. I suffer with a painful back and really needed to change my mattress but now I am retired with only a state pension I didn't really think I would ever be able to replace my old mattress. Karen asked if I wanted to see if it would be possible for me to pay monthly. I didn't think it would be but to my surprise I could. So I bought a Harrison Spinx with a topper. Three years to pay seems an awful long time as I have only bought like this once before in my life, but I really need it to help with my back. Thank you Karen
