Welcomed as we arrived and offered a drink also someone explained the pricing then we were left alone to wonder round but we were offered advice and help throughout bed and mattress bought and paid for without feeling hassled or pressured by Pete a friendly sales assistant thankyou

Excellent, friendly staff.

We were greeted by a member of staff who explained the types of bed available, their prices and location within the store. We spent time talking GEMMA, she was very friendly , approachable and extremely knowledgeable. We sat with her at her desk and was offered coffee , ( which was delicious ) . The service of removing our old bed and taking our new bed to our bedroom was a very pleasant surprise. I had no idea that the removal service was available. What a lovely surprise that was!!!

I felt no pressure from my Sales Assistant Sam who talked me through the products and deals he could and couldn't offer me. It was evident that his preference was for me to order in store rather than online but he was in no way pushy to influence my decision. Had he have been I would have made the order online or not at all. He explained that I could place the order and change it or even cancel within 48 hours which gave me the comfort to order when I otherwise may have not been. The price was good but the item was in the one day flash sale so you would expect this to be case if the deal is genuine.

The colleague serving us was very approachable, knowledgeable and took the time to understand our needs using the machine. We spent forever trying to decide on what we wanted, she remained patient, gave us a brew and helped a lot more than what you'd expect from a salesperson.

Basically I did go to other stores but they custom service I didn’t like it and went to dreams and they customer service and produce was brilliant so very happy shopping at dreams and I would love to go and do shopping at dreams again I highly recommend to family and friends.

Very good customer service and friendly staff they didn't rush us when trying the beds when we chose the one we wanted it was quickly sorted out

We visited Dreams at Millbrook today we were greeted by Karen who was very helpful in assisting us making our choice and subsequent 0f a new mattress

We dealt with Karen today and we are extremely happy with our whole experience. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and ensured we were happy with our selections before proceeding with the sale. I wish all shop assistants were as good as Karen!
