Eve was excellent throughout

Assisted us but not too much that the staff was in your face, met our requirements very quickly and the price was brilliant

Lovely staff, very helpful and full of knowledge of the products, helped out to get the best value for money, offered a hot drink whilst ordered the products, would recommend.

Very friendly welcome and everything explained in detail without feeling pressured in any way.

Good customer care

Saf, our assistant, was very knowledgeable and made us feel extremely at ease. He guided us through our choices. He was courteous and included us both in the conversations. Even though he’s there to do a job, it never felt like a pressure sale or anything like that. A pleasant experience all round.

The staff that dealt with me was very helpful. He give us the product related information (we asked details on about 4 different mattresses) and then give us sufficient time to think about placing the order. Processed the order in quick time and got back in time to pick kids up from school! Delightful!

Gemma was there to help from the start. She listened to our needs, remembered our names and our differences in like and dislikes. She took an interested in us as people, let us take our time and try loads out. She let us view lots, starting with the ones the machine suggested but then listening to what we liked and didn't like and took us to something else all together. She respected our budget, answered all the questions we had and seemed to give honest recommendations without any pushiness. There were lots of beds to try out, I liked that there were different pillow to try and lots of different staff members there to support us (but Gemma was there with us the whole time)
