I didn't feel pressured by the salesman but he was very helpful and knowledgeable. It wasn't the product that we were initially looking for but we are happy with the purchase. We haven't taken delivery yet but so far the service has been impeccable

I needed 2 bed frames and 4 mattresses and managed to get them all at the same store. We a're in the process of moving house and don't know a date yet, but that was not a problem. Very informative staff and constantly asked if I needed a drink which was nice

The salesman Pete couldn’t do enough for us. He didn’t put us under any pressure. He advised us on several bed but didn’t pressure us into making a decision.

Range of products available aqnd the knowledge and helpfulness of the assistant

assistance offered immediately and our specific needs addressed. We were offered a range of different options and a range of different prices and the sales assistant (Pete) was very knowledgeable regarding each of the products. The goods were available within 10 days and the sales assistant was flexible, allowing us a further discount on pillows which were not strictly part of the deal.

Assistance and knowledge was excellent and the mattress test was very interesting and helpful

Pete was very friendly and helpful especially as the person this was being purchased for is disabled, he met her needs 100%.
