First class service by Eve, would defo recommend horwich store, staff so friendly

We were first greeted by the Manager, Tony, who had extensive knowledge about all the products. We explained that it had been 10 years since our last mattress and he explained the benefits of using the new Sleep Technology to be matched to the right mattress for both me and my Husband. He didn't make us feel pressured in any way and even made us a brew while we were on the machine. He then showed us the matched mattresses (and showed us a couple of pillows that would potentially suit) and advised us if we couldn't pick a favourite, to pick the cheapest (a refreshing change for big chain stores). He then introduced us to Samuel (Sam) who advised us to take as long as we needed and come and find him when we needed assistance or if we had any questions. When we had decided we spoke with Sam and completed our purchase in no time at all. An all round pleasant experience!!

The colleague Sam who served us was extremely helpful, he couldn't do enough to help us find what we wanted and he even coped with our screaming toddler throughout without complaint.

Sam was very helpful at the store. He was very patient with us while we discussed our options, we ended up with a fab mattress which we cannot wait to recieve the temper pillows are amazing! I could not recommend this place more a lot of choice at all ends of the monetary scale.

From going into your showroom we were made very welcome by eve Hawa. She was very friendly and helpful not pushy like most sales people..she understood what we wanted and guided us through all we asked about the product. So we then got a price. From that we made a decision to purchase the product.
