We had found the bed which suited our needs online but we felt we needed to see it first before purchasing. I rang to check which store had it on display, we had to travel from the Lake District to the store in Middlebrook. The bed which we wanted was the Berkley in Oak & Magnolia which you did not have that particular colour on display but you where able to show a sample we found that a great help to confirm we had chosen the right bed. We found the gentlemen that served us very knowledgeable about the bed has he had purchased it and the matching bedroom furniture himself and could guarantee the quality. All in all a great experience and we would not hesitate to use Dreams again and we could recommend to family and friends

Saf (at the Middlebrook store) helped us immensely. He listened to what we said and then recommended several appropriate mattresses, from which we selected our favourite. We were even offered teas and coffees during our time in Dreams. Overall, we can't praise Dreams enough. Shopping there is a good experience and that's down to the staff and quality of the products.

The staff member was very friendly and knowledgeable, she spent a lot of time with us to help us decide on the right bed and mattress. We used the Sleep Match machine which was very impressive too.

The staff member Sam was very helpful at Middlebrook. Told us all we needed to know in making our choice. He greeted us at the door and gave us an idea of how everything in store was laid out. He offered us a drink many times and gave me pillow advice encouraging me to properly try the beds with pillows etc

The member of staff Eve and Tony . where very friendly listened to my needs. Eve even showed me what the beds looked like in the other colours with the beds which I showed an interest in which helped me to make my decision. She also help me on the decision of the type of mattress for me and my son's bed . Tony finished the sale of and was pleasant due to I wanted to think about the purchase first and she was dealing with someone else. it was also nice to see that Tony maintained the sale on face sales. Eve also offered refreshments which was nice.
