We went into store knowing exactly what we wanted as we had seen the bed frame for our son online Tony was super quick to get this ordered for us. He even recognised us from a few months back when we bought our bed from him.

Sam the sales advisor was very good, he offered us a drink on arrival to the dreams store. And he was very friendly and was brilliant with our littl6w girl, he got her colouring, a drink and balloons. Nothing was to much for him, was an excellent experience in your store. He was very good at finding us the right bed and bedroom furniture and he offered us several pillows when trying the beds to meet our needs.

Pete gave us a great deal on 3 beds and mattresses, including many free/discounted gifts.

Pete the gentleman serving us was a human 🙂not a shark as my husband quoted in many shops. Many stores have staff circulating waiting to grab you, but not Dreams. Pete was different he calmly approached us and then only gave guidance when asked. The whole buying experience was a pleasure. At one point we all could not stop laughing. Testing the mattress was like a marrige counselling session, for example, which side do you sleep on ect, do you lay this way or that way 🙂 what is your age range. The weather was extremely hot and Pete straight away offered us a cold or hot drink. So overall would we would not hesitate to purchase or recomend a purchase from Dreams. Huge Credit to your recruitment and training for ensuring your staff manage the store with. A smile. Professionally Smart With the right attitude Positivity Dreams was the first store and the last store of the day, we did not need to shop anywhere else and then enjoyed a day in sun.

Very friendly and helpful staff

Assistant Gemma was very helpful with out purchase of a single bed for our Granddaughter and we had to turn down offers of refreshments more than once during our visit. Great value.

I entered the store and was approached by a sales assistant who was polite and offered me assistance after asking me what my needs were. whilst looking round the store I was not pressurised or harassed by any sales assistant unless I asked for their help. This made me feel comfortable and relaxed whilst in the store. When I made a choice of a bed and matteras the assistant aked me questions to ensure it was what I required and suitable for me.

Staff are not pushy or put us under any pressure to buy. Our assistant Pete was very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions, everything was explained in simple language we could understand.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable. We liked the computer over the bed and the recommendations it gave. Pete made everything very easy. Extremely happy with our £95 pp pillows. Hopefully the bed will be just as good
